SOLUTION
We perform the machining and wiring with thermal sheath to protect cables and hoses, as well as their installation and commissioning.
The fliper carries CPU in the main picture and decentralized peripherals.
Types of thermal covers.
There are several types of thermal covers that can be used to protect cables and hoses subjected to high temperatures. Some of them are:
- Fiber glass covers: These covers are made of a fibreglass fabric and are resistant to temperatures up to 538oC.
- Sylic cases: These covers are made of silica fabric and are resistant to temperatures up to 982oC.
- basalt cases: These cases are made of basalt tissue and are resistant to temperatures up to 871 degrees Celsius.
- Aluminum cases: These covers are made of an aluminum sheet and are resistant to temperatures up to 260oC.
- Stainless steel cases: These covers are made of a stainless steel mesh and are resistant to temperatures up to 870oC.
Each type of thermal case has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the appropriate foundation should be selected according to the specific needs of the application and the temperature at which the cables or hoses will be subjected.
